Those crafy practitioners of the spirit spheres have done it again!
Due to their dilligent studying of the finer points of magic, high
ranking 'spirit' wu-jens have found a way to harness laten magical
energy in areas!

With the new level 5 spell flux, spirit wu-jens can either empower
or dampen an area with a magical field. By doing so, the latent
magic in the area will increase or decrease accordingly with the
use of magic,songs or prayers in the room.

This leads to an increased spell,song,prayer power for empower.
This leads to a decreased spell,song,prayer power for empower.

The effects build up over usage and dissipate with the lack
thereof.


Oh and as usual this can and prolly will be changed at anypoint
or even removed... :D
