I changed haste yesterday and didn't post cause my terminal crashed
afterwards. The *ONLY* change is that things that try and prevent
a chronomancer from moving now cannot be completely avoided.

The way this was designed was that your level of haste could be
used to cut down the no movement delay, but it could cut it to 0
delay which would mean, uh, you wouldn't get delayed. An example
of what I'm talking about here is knight's charge, manticore leap,
spider web, etc, etc. There are other examples that don't stop you
for just 1 round but for many (like 8) and haste can be used to
drop those down to as low as 1 - just not to 0 anyway.
er, anymore.

If you think it's worthless, go ahead and not use it or reincarnate
the thing. Lord knows chronos are insanely bs and I've been sitting
here waiting to reduce a spell of theirs for a while now, just can't
find the time. The ability to make any spell of your instant for
a mere 10sp more is abusive to say the least, and it's encouraging
to see the new crop of chronos taking advantage of this and
pointing out more the reason why it needs to be reduced.

Oh yeah, this was about haste. That was the only change and
was changed because it wasn't the way I intended it anyway.
