Another change for today - previously only the killer of a
monster would get a magewar card which meant, in a party,
it was random (essentially) who would get the card. now
Magewar checks for if you're in a party or not and, if so,
gives each member a chance to get a card. Again, it's
the same algorithm for each person so just cause Foo got
one doesn't mean that Bar will get one too. Also, they will
each random on a rarity and which exact card to get (so you
likely won't get the same exact card).

this should help partiers and encourage more people to try for
these biggie level 30+s to get the best cards in the game.
