Oozes may now use the command 'report' when divided to see
the status of their duplicate, just like elementals, golems,
etc.

Similarly, warlords may now 'do command status' to check the
status of their army. This command is free.

Help files have been updated. Please let me know of any bugs
that surface by tell/mudmail or 'bug' it. You few warlords,
please check that this works nicely with steeds, squires, etc
and let me know suggestions.
