Let me clarify: NPC forged equipment destructs when
the NPC dies, however someone noted that if you mud
(er mug) or steal npc equipment, that it was
marked. Now its no longer marked, but if you
dont mug or steal it, it makes no difference
because it destructs when it is dropped anyway.
