Title : new command

This command is still in testing, but I'd like to open it for more
widespread use at this time.

Command syntax:

friends - lists your friends
friends add <name> - adds <name> to your friends list
friends del <name> - removes <name> from your friends list
friends clear - gets rid of all your friends. bye bye.


Currently all the command does is allow you and a 'friend' to be
able to see one another on the who list. There are other areas
I am looking at, such as a possible replacement for some permit
scenarios. There are a few other ideas as well I'll be keeping
under my hatfor the moment. If You have ideas, please fwd to
me.

Please report all exploits to me directly as well as via the bug command.
Players caught using unreported exploits will be dealt with very harshly.
