The Cleric Recall prayer now defaults to that person's
jihad temple, however the ability to 'set' a new
destination still exists.

In order to facilitate this, all the jihad temples
are now considered 'holy ground'. If this causes any
bugs or problems, please let me know. I wasn't aware
of holy ground interfering with any jihads, but if I am
wrong, please let me know.
