Title : Catapult

The formulas that govern the catapult have been changed somewhat,
in order to be less cheesy for level 5's to do major damage
to heros and such.

The following thoughts should be applied to the use of the catapult:

- You now take damage based on the defense of your target
- Targets now take damage based on size, level, and how much crap
you're carrying.

Also bear in mind that I am logging and monitoring the damage
done and will likely make tweaks as we go forward.
