Title : newbie help

Newbie help files were changed today.
At one point this year we added a newbie book from the equip
command. This book has the most current versions of the help files
for newbies in it, however, we then had newbie help info in 4
seperate places.... we don't anymore.
Help new and help newplayer will resolve to a new help file which
point you to help newbie to see subtopics for newbie help.
help newbie will list all the subtopics
help newbie <subtopic> will show you the help file.
Now we only have one place for newbie doc so there should be less
confusion.

help newbieareas remains te same.
