Title : intim tweaks

some intim tweaks:

- intim is now based solely on str and con, never on magic.

- some of the classes that got most screwed by this ... whites and flayers
... got a hefty behind-the-scenes intim boost to make up the difference.
whites will still be kinda puny in the intim department, but flayers
should be roughly the same as they were yesterday.

- the other class that this screws ... shades ... now have a substantial
intim boost based on how dark the room is. they can be really &*%$ing
scary in the darkness.

- demons should like this change. (human form is less frightening but
demon form has one of the best intims in the game.) dracos and dks came
out roughly even, tho dracos might intim slightly more often now, and dks
slightly less.
