Normaly we dont post bugfixes, but this could be an importan one especially
for thieves and gremlins.

Steal will (hopefully) not make you aggressive when you are attacking
someone that is already aggresive towards you, same as with every other
attack skill. Also you will be able to use setenv noaggro while stealing
now.
