With the expansion of offwield to Ghants they have been able to offwield
some weapons that were not intended.
Specifically: 2-hsword, spear, staff, and polearm.
These weapons are now rejected by offwielding UNLESS there is a setting
which would override. For instance, an Ogre could theoretically offwield
2-hswords if there was ever a class that had both offhand and 2-hsword.
