The Ghouls of Tsunami have learned to butcher with even greater care. When
their craving for organs strikes they may take every organ they crave from
a corpse.

I have re-written the BUTCHER skill from scratch. See HELP SKILLS BUTCHER.

Ghouls will now "crave" organs when slightly below their "cap" for that
organs boost. This will be denoted in their hp-bar as (Crave:) followed by
the first letter of whatever organs they are craving.


If you "do butcher" or "do butcher all" you will automatically strip out
one of each organ you rave (and always an adrenal).

You may also "do butcher <specific organ>" and pull out whatever organ you
want (but only one) instantly and save it for later.
