Title : Exploring Barovia Quest and Barovia Bard

The Barovia Bard is "in-game" now, and gives information about Barovia areas.
Buy him a drink, and ask him about things (e.g., type <areas> in his room).
Feel free to ask him about misc things (you may want to colour them with
<color bard COLOR>).

To also encourage newbies to explore, and oldbies to revisit old areas, the
bard has a small quest - type <ask bard about quest> to find out more.

This is also the Exploring Barovia quest.
