Killquests will now persist between relogs within the same boot. So if you
kill 5 fungus cows, og out, log in 5 minutes later, you will still have 5
kills counted towards the quest as long as a war reboot didn't happen in
the 5 minutes you were gone.
The "Antz" killquest has had the number of kills reduced by half.
