Due to lowering of level requirements to become
a DK, (something I never liked to begin with)
Powerword has a new lower level
requirement for skill usage.
Additionally, DKs can wear many types
of armour including armour-typed armour as long
as their incorp rating hasnt gone
to high, thus lowbie DK's would benefit from grabbing that
leather jerkin etc.
