The hoden skill was added to shikaku as a way to leverage all
your charges. Prior you were left with a few skills that used
them and it was quite normal to have full charges while you
waited to use an active skill.
Reselect to gain it.
Additionally, the benefits from combat (infusion) have been
increased.
