Collide, Sap, and Strike (and other stun skills) have had their cooldowns
reduced from 15 to 10 rounds.

Beastmaster bears no longer have hug and instead have rake.

Mock has had a few more issues resolved (still one I'm trying to hammer
out.)

Teleportation amulets should now respond to: teleportation amulet, tele
amulet and tp amulet upon login. Previously you had to check your
inventory before it would respond to these names.
