Assuming I'm not overruled, I've made a few tweaks to how Jack will harass
you. To explain my position on Jack briefly, I agree that he can be an
annoyance, but I also generally believe that the game should (from time to
time) result in your death. That said, Jack largely kills people seeking
to idle, rather than play.

Changes:
- The range of characters he considers valid has been tightened
significantly, especially at hero.
- If you have not gained any exp since you logged in, Jack should ignore
you.
- Jack (should) now fetch a higher exp reward than previously, to reflect
what a core he can be.

Let me know if you catch him not obeying these rules.
