It turned out that the previous changes to
deathknights was an unintentional reduction.
I've upgraded the damage deathblade deals
a little bit further, and also lowered
the cost of darkfire from 20 to 15 to
compensate for the less damage it deals.
This is not final, I might tweak them further.
