Players

Torgoch has been most displeased with the recent spate of killings
by players of much, much higher level than their target. He has
decreed that, given the limited number of mortals willing to engage
in his great game, he wants to ensure there will be sufficient
challenge for those who do play.

The pk range level limit is now 5, for everyone. If you have a
+20, expect to only be able to attack +15 characters. There is
no allowance for pk rank - you may not attack a much lower player
simply because they have a higher pk rank.

Of course, as always you can attack anyone o higher level than
yourself.
