To all those interested in wizards in general, and becoming a
wizard specifically:

Help files for 'wizards', 'sponsor' and 'wizardship' have been
added. The last two are identical. The files should hopefully
help clarify what the admin are looking for in new (and returning)
wizards. If you have any questions or suggestions other than
'reduce X', then shoot me a mail or a tell.
