I've tentatively added three new color settings: reads, smells, sounds

These settings work much like the "items" setting does currently, though
there are a few caveats:

1.) There has to be an order of preference, so it's items, reads, sounds
and smells. A noun you can look at and smell will show the item highlight
color and not the smell color.

2.) The underlying improvements that allow these highlights to work aren't
yet in use in most areas, so this change is of limited use in the
immediate but should become more useful over time.

Let me know if you see anything dd, especially involving bbcode tags
where you don't expect them.
