Players
For all resurrect prayers/skills that inherit the generic resurrect
code, standing will be gained on the old basis when the resurrected
player is pked - i.e. it works off the level of the resurrectee,
not a convoluted pk rank calculation.
Now to fix the other rez prayers to inherit the correct code.
