Zealots,

I've removed the damage over time portion of the 'crack whip' attack.

While I was there stripping out the DOT code, I also modified some
'behind the scenes' code. There is a chance some bugs got in.

If anything bugs out, or seems 'wrong' please bug it to my attention
or mud mail me.
