Title : Raise prayer
The raise prayer has been changed so that it properly checks for permit
resurrect now, and also can only be prayed in gateable rooms. In
addition, the requirement for having the corpse of the dead player has now
been removed. This prayer only works on undeads, and it works on any
undead regardless of faction. Enjoy.
