Title : thugs and intimidation

OK first off I've updated the intimidation help file to reflect
the way it works, apparently when it was changed this way a
while back no one updated the documentation to let the players
know this but I'm sure they were aware of its behaviour through
trial and error.

The way intimidation works is that the more hurt / damaged
an intimdating thing is the less intimidating it will be - I
guess going on the principle that if you've managed to hurt
it a good bit you might think "Hey, I can do this! He's not
so big!" The thing about this is that it really helps put into
control those classes that employ intimdation as a secondary
skill - such as ghouls, worms, etc. This helps on some level
to slow down intimdate stabbing for those classes that have a bevy
of other skills.

So what's the problem with this? The problem is how it affects
thugs - a class who strictly use intimidate as their form of
stealth. All thugs have is intimidate and bludgeon, period.
Therefore, 1 blast on a thug and his intimidate is basically
so bad he may never get you to back down again. I tested this
against 19+2 (equal level) thug vs. wimpy (scared) classes like
mages, the thug was able to intimidate nicely up until about
80% health at which point the mage could get through almost all
blasts. The point / problem really is that by the time the
thug is down to about 40% health I could never get the mage or
other classes I tried this again to backdown at all. Without
intimidate, the thug cannot bludgeon, and the thug becomes a
melee crapmancer. Again, this is where other classes can employ
their active skills and thugs get screwed.

OK, enuff motivation. Intimidate has been changed FOR THUGS
so that the intimidate reduction they see due to being hurt is
less than anyone else who uses intimidate. This hopeffully will
make thugs more viable again. They were always a fine class
while above 80% health, this should make that again fine to more
like 20% health. Anyway, test it out, let's see how it goes.
