I forgot to mention...<paralyzed> will now be included
in a paralyzed monster's / player's short description.
Any players in the room when a player / monster
becomes unparalyzed will be informed of such as well.

And for you Beholders...
You'll see a message now when you try to paralyze an
invalid target for whatever reason that you cannot
do so.
