Ok folks i've been working on consider and getting some of the bugs out
and addings some extra stuff. What I want from you is to test it and tell
me what you think about it.

To use the new consider use 'consider2'

Some changes to it:
1. to use sizeup option, use the syntax: 'consider2 sizeup <target>'
2. the new change also tells you how your jihad gods feel about your
targets. This is shown when using sizeup option
3. Also if you consider an invasion npc, it will now tell you if you can
or cannot attack it.

Other than that the changes were cosmetic to help et some of the bugs out

of it.
