Title : Gravebind

Has been changed abit. Although its roughly the same as before,
gravebind has been changed at bit. Instead of basing the level
of the spell on the amount of hp the target had. It now bases
it on the percentage of hp the target has. It also still does
effect undeads more than it does the living. Also there is a
cap on the % of hp the target has to have in order to finish
them off. However, this cap does increase with the necromancers
level.
