There is now another option in the reincarnation shrine.

'up' which allows you to reselect race and subclass but
not your guild. The penalty is your level * 2/3.

Note, since you keep your Class, you can't type
'choose <guild>' and let yourself be autotransported
to the subclass room after this type of reincarnation.
