Title : racial terrain mods

i'm evalauating some of the racial terrain-mods that we currently have.
here's the list of changes so far.

drow: lost -5 field --- gained -5 hills
danpiru: -10 desert reduced to -5
elf: gained -5 arctic and mountains, +5 cultivated (farms, gardens), +5
jungle
flind: completely re-did terrain mods.
gnome: lost -5 field -- +10 mountains reduced to +5



more tomorrow (doing this alphabetically)
