Title : More Discord/Website Stuff

You can now link your Discord account to your Tsunami account via the
website. If you login on the website through the menu (or by visiting
http://www.thebigwave.net/account/login.php) you will now see a "Link My
Discord Account" button. Once linked your Discord presence will be linked
to your in-game chat sync. This will likely be used in the future as well,
for other things such as Discord rewards from Patreon subs.
