In the spirit of Diablo 3 (RIP Diablo franchise 1996-Diablo Immortal)
hardcore players can now party one another. The same exp rules apply, but
the exp bonus from being in a party does not. And although you DO have to
have party damage toggled one, the damage will _not_ split. It wouldn't be
very hardcore if you were sharing a health pool now would it? Now you can
play with your friends, while still riding on the edge.
