I changed all the top boards (standing, rankings, whatever you
want to call them) so that they no longer include wizard test
characters in the listing.

Had to edit some 50 files to do this, making me wish I had
designed it better back about 3 years ago when I rewrote all
the lists... ah well. If you see any lists that look screwy
please bug them to my attention.

No more elessar's test char on the top Native teeth list!
