Title : Jack o' Lantern

More changes to the Jack o' Lantern...now whoever wears the lantern will
always have at least a 2 round quit delay, and will remain aggressive the
entire time of wearing the lantern. Once your quit delay gets down to 4
seconds, you will be able to remove the lantern, and 2 rounds later you
will be able to quit. Enjoy.
