Just to keep things interesting i have re-organized the way spellburn
works... it shouldn't be too much different from how it was before, just
that i've added a power level component to it, this will degrade over time
but will be replenished the more you cast spellburn. As long as this
level is kept up the shield will protect much better.

If theres something wrong with this, or you find its too weak/powerful
i'll just change it back to how it was!
