Hardcore players may once again play in twars, they just will
gain no experience from the event. Sorry it took me so long
to get around to this one. Our hardcore players were feeling
left out and this at least allows them to play and see how much
experience they WOULD have gotten if they weren't hardcore.
It also allows them to steal experience from non hardcores who
would have rather gotten those kills themselves. :)
