Title : CHANGES

OK, I've started working on wars some since its everyones
favorite passtime. Ive got plans for several changes and
additions, but some ground work has to be laid first.
Today, I've gotten 2 changes in place.

One: The movement buffer and command buffer should
now be distinct from each other. ie its 10 movement
maximum, but eating a berry, or buying a potion etc does
not count into that 10 movement buffer.

Two: Killing a player in war now awards you points based
on the difficulty of killing that player. This is based on the
average points per war of said player, hereinafter referd to
as APW of the party in the second part. Currently, it works
such that killing a player with a substandard APW eg. party
in the second part hereinafter refered to as dumbass, sucks;
is actually worth less than the std amount of points!
These calculations do NOT come into play for targets
considered outside your difficulty window, therefor the fat
+7 unicorn doesnt gain extra points for killing the really good
level 12 war player. But, the gang on +1's who brought down
the fat unicorn with the bloated APW would gain significant
point bonus over the std award. This bonus can exceed in
some cases 50% of the std value, ie a 19+1 normally worth 20
points can in instances of high APW be worth 30-35 points.

More to come...
