This command is available to a Thief or Ninja only. With it, the rogue can attempt to disguise himself as a member of another subclass, on a cosmetic level only. This will only affect what class he shows up as on the who list. Nothing else (ie: he can't listen in on the other classes class lines, or use items restricted to other classes, etc). This is often used in conjunction with the 'disguise' skill to lull potential victims into a false sense of security.

Using Altclass

'altclass clear' will reinstate your original class name. 'altclass' will tell you what class you're disguised as.

  • Syntax:
    • altclass <classname>
    • altclass clear
    • altclass
