Misc updates
1. Undead Isle spruced up *very* slightly - the area now shows as
Undead Isle rather than Islands, and has a bard description.
2. Undead Guild latin characters fixed, you should be able to read them.
3. Samurai weapons in Two Rivers now give a bonus to style
4. Unfortuantely, samurai mobs in Two Rivers now "do style <style>"
properly.
5. Demandred is a bit tougher, and less buggy. His myrddraal summons now
work.
