Related to my previous post about some changes to npc names and shorts,
I've disabled Bob-Jim for the moment as he relies on the information I'm
changing to evaluate whether you've completed the quest requirements or
not. I'll try to get him up and running as soon as possible.

Brett appears to be functioning properly, though, if you need a
bounty-hunting fix.
