In order to make wu-jens more squishy in combat (they had AC levels equal
or higher than most other subs) I have nerfed AC levels from shield,
stoneskin and levitation by quite alot.

Two positive changes though. Shield duration was increased by 60 rounds
and it will take a bit more punishment from damage before dropping.

I havn't crunched any numbers on this change so if you find the change
completely unreasonable I'm willing to listen.
