For those ptesting and general knowledge for the rest:
Monk tactics are now broken into offesnive and defensive.
Offensive tactics are set using stances and kata as in the past.
Defensive tactics are set using flowing wind (dodge), or iron
limbs (block). Both have been made abilities and chance and effect
is based off training.

Training now takes into account level of target. If target is more then 5
levels less then you then you get 0 training points, if they are 5 to one
level lower you get 1 point. If they are the same to 3 levels higer you
get 2 points. If they are higher thn that you get 3 for a max of 3
points.

Fish are no longer scared when someone enters the room. It was used
as a way to grief so I removed it.

Lastly: Overall chance to hit increased. The hit bonus goes like this:
Punch has a bonus of X*3, kick X*6, and
throw X*9. So more punches but more misses. Etc. To offset this the
weapondam and wc have been lowered. This may need tweaking but results in
a much easier to balance and more consistant formula.
