aight, someone had done a half-assed job of futzing with the no-aggro code
in the arena entrance. i've messed with it a bit, and here's how it now
stands:

- the arena entrance (and view room and stat room) is a no-fight zone.
however, it's no longer a no-summon zone.

- you still can't enter the room if you're aggro, and if you manage to get
stuck in one of the side rooms as a result, you'll be ejected to the
catapult room.

- when you first return from the arena, you will automatically have
"noaggro" set, so you don't accidentally attack someone when you're
laging at the end of an arena fight. your "noaggro" will switch back to
whatever you had it at after about 10 seconds.



this makes the arena entrance very similar to the lockers, in terms of pk
protection.

if anything screws up, you know who to tell. ;)
