----------------------------------------------------------------------- Abilities are skills/prayers/songs/spells that are innate to your being. Certain classes start with such abilities, which are based on other skills, and stats, thus you don't spend experience raising abilities, as you would raising skills, spells, etc. An example of an ability is shift for vampires or werewolves. When you look at your skills, abilities are showed as '---' instead of as a number.
