Greetings,
Banshee's sotto voce song has been given a duration
that falls in line with the more standard pattern
of duration for debuffs. In other words, it no
longer lasts for ~10 minutes, which was a tad bit
ridiculous, given that it can drop dex by 100
at hero levels.
