Greetings,

After some further feedback from both wizards and players,
Shaman has been updated slightly again. The "randomness"
chance for materia has been reduced and should happen less
than half as often as it used to. Please note that this
chaotic fluctuation is not always a negative thing. It can
also boost the skill/song you are using.

Overwhelm was also tweaked to do slightly more damage, as
it was found to be somewhat underpowered compared to other
DoT skills (especially given that it targets one victim at
a time.
