Greetings,

Over the past few weeks I have been taking a look at Shaman.
The following changes have been made.

- Rebirth:
* Reduced materia cost by half (roughly target_level / 4)
* Materia bonus now scales based on player level to bring the
song closer to cleric rez in terms of effectiveness
(compensation for it being unmoddable)
- Overwhelm:
* SP cost reduced to 30 from 40
- Power Leak:
* SP cost reduced to 20 from 40
- Dissipate:
* Debuff triggers on target every 2 rounds instead of
every 3 round once it starts ticking
* Debuff per trigger slightly increased
* Debuff trigger now lowers target resistance slightly
