I made some back end changes to races and the exp handler that will open
the way to making other changes as well. The reason I am mentioning this
is because you will very probably get messages upon login about being
refunded exp for excess skills/stats/etc. This is to be expected and
should only happen once (per character) max. If it happens more than once
please submit a bug report and send me a tell directly. If there's any
other weirdness, submit a bug and tell me as well. Realistically this
shouldn't change anything for the actual playr.
